Aktivities
Kragga Kama Game Park
Game Park with the possibility to see rhinos, giraffes, water buffalos, lions and many other animals. A cafe provides food and drinks in the game park. Guided tours are offered or you can explore the park yourself by car.
The cost per person is about R120 and the journey is very short at about 18 minutes.
Addo Elephant Park
Very extensive national park. Almost 100% possibility to observe large herds of elephants. A picnic area offers the opportunity to enjoy a leisurely braai in the national park. Guided tours are offered or you can explore the park yourself by car.
The cost per person is about R200 and a journey of about 75 minutes must be taken into account.
Pearson Park Resort
Pearson Park which is located on the Sundays River offers visitors the opportunity to fish, swim, camp or just hike.
The cost is R200 for a car with 4 people, dogs cost extra. The drive time is about 45 minutes.
Sardinia Bay
Idyllic beach feeling in the immediate vicinity. The beach is largely visited only by locals and is not crowded because of the spaciousness. However, you should make sure to visit on a day when wind speeds are below 20km / h.
The beach is freely accessible and can be reached in about 10 minutes by car.
Kings Beach
The beach, which is located directly on the promenade, offers the possibility to swim and to relax in one of the beach cafes. For children, different entertainment options are also offered here. So you can do a ketcar circuit (10 minutes) for R10.
There is no charge for parking and use of the beach.
The driving time is about 30 minutes.
